Duties and Responsibilities
1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Response to calls in a timely manager
Provide pricing requests in a timely manner
Provide competitive and fair pricing
Follow up on calls, proposals and executed work
2. DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
Sales
Business Plan
P&L Management
Monthly Financial Reporting
Preconstruction and Estimating
Manpower Scheduling, Reporting and Forecasts
Customer Relationships
Weekly Service Billings
Marketing
Vehicle Management
Inventory (Service Van Materials/Assets)
Follow and adhere to Company Policy & Procedures
3. SERVICE TECHNICIAN MANAGEMENT
Enforcing Policy & Procedures
Develop & Train Employees
Daily/Weekly Scheduling of Service Technicians
Daily Communication with Service Technicians
Service Technician Employee Reviews
Qualifications include:
Leadership
Industry Knowledge
Education of Industry
Multi-Tasking
Estimating / Pricing of Work
Project Management
Knowledge of Industry Costs
