Subcontractor wanted for residential Deck work and/or residential Fence work in the greater Denver metro area. Areas of focus include- demolition of existing structures, and construction of new Decks, Fences, Pergolas, etc. Compensation by accepted bid. Experience with composite decking and prefab rail kits is required for deck builders

-5 years verifiable construction experience
-LLC in good standing
-Proof of liability insurance
-At least 3 references from recent clients/employers
