We have openings for SERVICE TECHNICIAN positions. Techs will perform various tasks pertaining to the repair, maintenance, operation and installation of Commercial/Industrial refrigeration units, HVAC units and ice machines for liquor stores, convenience stores, restaurants and other various customers. (Experience with restaurant kitchen equipment is ideal but not required. We will train successful applicants on the specific equipment we service.)

Applicants must:
- Possess strong customer service, written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Be able to climb ladders, work at high elevations, lift/carry 50-75 lbs. as this job will require that they lift and carry equipment and stand, kneel or stoop while working in tight or small places from time to time as well as work in spaces that may be noisy or crowded depending upon task.
- Be committed to following all company safety policies and practices for the health and wellness of everyone we work with and around.
- Be able to work both independently and in teams as needed with minimum supervision.
- Be able to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday during scheduled on-call periods.
- Have valid driver’s license with good driving history.
- Have education in Basic HVAC/R or have 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Have EPA 608 (Type II or Universal) Certification.
The primary responsibility of a Service Technician is to diagnose operational issues and make repairs to existing equipment as part of service calls and then run tests to ensure the systems are working properly after completing repairs. Other responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on customers existing systems by performing filter/belt changes, scheduled seasonal cleanings and running operational tests as well as recommending any system upgrades to satisfy new regulations, meet new standards, improve energy efficiency or when otherwise necessary.
Work Schedule:
M-F 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (occasional weekend or evening shifts required) On-call rotation (Mon-Sun 24/7) approximately every 5 weeks after training.
