SCOPE OF WORK: NEED 5 JOURNEYMEN CONCRETE FINISHERS IN GLENWOOD SPRINGS ASAP 30/HR HOTEL PROVIDED 6 DAYS/WEEK NOT 7 27/DAY WORKED 50-60 HRS/WEEK 3 MONTH DURATION MUST HAVE 8 YRS RECENT FINISHING EXPERIENCE AND HAVE ALL FINISHING TOOLS. JOB SCOPE - FINISHING FLATWORK CONCRETE ROD BUSTING AND GENERAL FINISHING PREP WORK ON VARIOUS COMMERCIAL SITES AROUND GLENWOOD SPRINGS CO. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW RECENT FINISHING EXPERIENCE AT A JOURNEYMAN LEVEL.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel and work on-site for extended periods
- Proficiency in finishing techniques, including troweling, edging, and sealing
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
