We provide you with over 20 roof inspections per week in the winter and over 50 inspections per week the rest of the year.
Our roof inspectors do NOT oversee projects, collect payments, or door-knock.
Your job is to inspect roofs for real estate, storm damage, and maintenance.
Your duties are to perform a tablet-based roof inspection while safely navigating the roof.
Requirements:
2 years + of roof experience and understanding of different residential roof products.
A valid Colorado driver’s license
No fear of heights/ability to carry a 32 ft ladder/able to climb a ladder
Tech-savvy
Strong customer service skills.
Fluent in English
Be able to provide both verbal and written communication with adjustors and clients
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be over the age of 25 years of age and have 5 years of verifiable employment.
