Established and extremely busy Douglas County residential General Contractor with a current schedule going through 2024 has an immediate need for another remodel contractor. We need well-rounded craftsman with remodeling experience and a great attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

Projects include basement finishes, kitchens and baths, custom decks, patio covers, outdoor kitchens, additions, and whole-home remodels. Our work is only in the south part of metro Denver, basically south of County Line Rd in Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and sometimes Parker.
We are looking for a craftsman with experience in frame and trim carpentry, deck construction, and remodeling work that might include fixture install, cabinet install, some painting, minor electrical and plumbing, and punchlist items. Pay depends on the type and amount of experience. Weekly hours average 35-45 hours with paid overtime, no weekends. Typical hours are from 7:30-4:30 M-F.
Production duties would include demo labor, small concrete work, heavy material handling, deck frame carpentry, working with decking/railings, basement framing and trim, cabinet and fixture install, and daily clean-up and punch list items. Advanced millwork skills such as custom mantels, cabinetry, built-up crown, banisters, stairs, and panel work would be a plus but are not necessary. The ideal applicant would have knowledge and experience in all phases of residential remodel production. We do 6-8 jobs at a time with projects averaging 1-5 months each. We DO NOT have a slow period throughout the year.
