Meridiam Partners, an innovative and growing mining and heavy-civil contracting company is looking to add to its team a Construction Project Engineer. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Duties Include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare monthly invoices under the guidance of Project Manager

Review monthly pay quantities and other measurements and work with the Project Manager

Ability to survey as needed.

Assist in the preparation of Change Orders, Sub-contracts and other associate documentation

Timekeeping for company personnel & sub-contractors

Track job quantities for comparison to budget and cost to complete

Monitor installation/construction for adherence to project specifications

Assist PM with management of subcontracts and change orders, invoices and associated documentation

Prepare, review and distribute RFIs

Maintain job subcontract and submittal Log

Maintain job files and as-builts

Develop and maintain schedule with Project Manager input

Provide Quality Control on the Project as needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience

Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mining, Mechanical, Surveying or Environmental Engineering

CQMC Certified Training optional.

Ability to Survey if needed.

Computer literate with software systems (Microsoft Office Suite) and BlueBeam

Good organizational, administrative, and time-management skills

Self-motivated and able to remain productive with little supervision oversight

Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,750.00 - $95,750.00 per year
