Fir Sure Arbor Pro is currently looking a professional outdoor enthusiasts who loves being outside and working with their hands. We are also seeking a great attitude, who is reliable and can pose excellent camaraderie within the co-work space.
Every other week Fir Sure Arbor Pro has a 4 day work week (Tuesday-Friday). Though out the year we want you to have 3 day weekends so that you can work to live and not live to work. The proper amount of recuperation and relaxation is important and imperative so that you feel refreshed and excellent at the start to the next work week.

Here's what we are looking for(we can and will train you)
Perform a variety of tasks including groundwork, pruning, removals, training and driving/dumping company vehicles.
Promote and encourage safety culture to help protect themselves, the team and the public from harm.
Assist with the implementation of work zone safety procedures.
Assist all team members working on the ground and aloft.
Operate and maintain chippers, chainsaws, and all other equipment safely.
Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
Driver’s license required ability to be insured on company policy, CDL a plus (not required)
Learn and demonstrate high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment skills, equipment inspection skills, proper pruning and rigging skills, and implementation of tree felling procedures.
Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the crew leader or designated supervisor.
If you are a CLIMBER
Experience utilizing rope and saddle when pruning, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation and chipper operation.
General knowledge of maintenance of gear and equipment
Skilled Colorado tree and shrub identification
Familiarity with ANSI standards
ISA Certification a plus (not required)
