Cleaning and maintaining the curblines and store fronts of plazas and shopping centers. This would require walking the parking lot with a back blower and at times hand picking debris. The applicant will be proficient in operating and maintaining a Parking Lot Sweeper including knowledge in operating TYMCO 210s, 435s, and NITE HAWK Sweepers. This job is a nightime position and requires high attention to detail and the ability to work alone.
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
