We are a 99 unit, 14 story, high rise condominium community in the heart of Capital Hill in Denver Colorado.
We are searching for a replacement for one of our onsite resident managers who is retired recently after 15 years of service.
The successful candidate will join with our other onsite, resident manager to create a valued and successful team that is respected and appreciated and employed directly by the HOA. Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

We contract with plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, elevator, snow plowing, and other trades for major work. However, general, basic skills will be required:
Carpentry (door hardware, drywall patching, garage door work)
Painting
Floor covering replacement (rare)
General/basic plumbing skills/knowledge
Replace light bulbs
Landscaping (mowing, edging, lawn maintenance, bush trimming, minor tree trimming)
Exterior grounds cleaning and sweeping
Snow blowing sidewalks
Interior cleaning (very important) floors, walls and glass.
Coordinate with contracted trades and supervise their work in the building
Daily logs to the Board
Attend Board meetings every other month and report on any building updates
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs when necessary, walk 6000 to 10,000 or more steps per day.
MUST have a congenial and helpful personality. Positive attitude and like being part of a team.
