5280 Floors is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a talented Commercial Concrete Salesperson/Project Manager role to help us deliver exceptional results to our clients.
What You’ll Do
Oversee concrete polishing and coating projects, ensuring top-notch quality.
Manage employees and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
Handle commercial flooring concrete sales, fostering strong general contractor relationships.
Conduct pre walks and post walks to assess job sites and ensure excellence.
Oversight of commercial estimating efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in project management, especially in commercial construction and/or concrete finishing.
A technical understanding of concrete polishing and coatings.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing strategic objectives.
What We Offer
Base salary of $60,000 PLUS commissions.
