Job Description
Concrete Curb and Paving is seeking a full time Motor Grader Operator. Applicants must be experienced and know how to build, level and excavate land surfaces using heavy equipment and specifically must have the following qualifications:
-Understand soil scarification and compaction techniques
-Set blue top hubs
-Must be able to read grade
-Occasionally operate a water truck, scraper and roller.
We have John Deere 7 series motor graders and we use Topcon sonar. All of our dirt is tested to ensure it meets moisture and density requirements and is also proof rolled by inspectors.
Concrete Curb and Paving was established in 1982 and exclusively paves concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and drive lanes for new residential land development/construction around the Denver metro area. Our customers are some of the largest homebuilders in the country including Richmond, NASH, Century.
