We are a family run commercial cabinet shop looking for the right candidate to join our machine room.
We have been in business for over 20 years.
Our hours are 6-330 Monday-Thursday
6-10am Friday
Overtime may be required at times.
A machine operator takes on the duty of running and upkeeping machinery designed for crafting millwork items. Their vital contribution lies in achieving precise and efficient processing of plywood, particle board, and MDF sheet goods, as well as solid surface materials, to align with design requirements and uphold quality benchmarks. MUST BE ORGANIZED!
Duties:
Operate, upkeep, and clean machinery such as dowel inserters, edge banders, and CNC routers.
Ensure the quality of the end products meets standards.
Identify and rectify minor mechanical issues.
Efficiently fulfill work orders and demands.
Conduct regular maintenance to prevent machine issues.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Manage materials, including the loading and unloading of raw materials onto machines, ensuring they are correctly aligned and securely placed for the machining process.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience with machinery like edge banders, dowel inserters, and CNC routers.
Knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools is essential.
Capable of managing a physically demanding workload.
Must successfully complete I-9 employment eligibility verification.
This role is full-time, throughout the year, and necessitates dependable transportation for punctual arrival at work.
Offers frequent overtime possibilities with attractive overtime pay.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
