Aspen Leaf Kitchens Ltd is the premier custom cabinetry provider of the Rocky Mountain region. Our award-winning designers work closely with each client to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standards, utilizing the incredible abilities of our manufacturing facility to bring each and every customer the perfect space for their needs. We are looking for a full-time on-site Lead Installer for projects around Colorado's Front Range. The Lead Installer will be responsible for leading the installation of high end custom cabinetry projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of installations, and communicating with clients and designers to ensure customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer will assist with technical service and warranty calls when necessary. An ideal Lead Installer will have the ability to teach and to train an apprentice installer.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and managing cabinet installation projects
- Expertise in cabinet installation, construction, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have own tools
Experience in the Custom Cabinetry Industry
- 5 years of experience in cabinetry installation required
- 2 years of experience in custom cabinetry installation required
- Experience in architectural millwork installation a plus
