Landscape Lighting Subcontractor

We are looking to bring on 1 subcontractor for labor on our landscape lighting installation business. Looking for someone with experience and knowledge in some of the following fields (dont need everything but 2-3 of these would be ideal) electrical, landscape, hardscape, low voltage cabling and connections, and/or landscape lighting experience. Immediately could use help for 30+ hours a week. Some english is preferred. We can us translate but prefer if you can comprehend basic english instruction.
