FOREMAN MULTIPLE FOREMAN'S POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, MAINTENANCE, EROSION CONTROL AND SEEDING
YEAR ROUND WORK
LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION FOREMAN FOR LARGE COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
Manage jobsite, to meet the construction schedule, budget and maintain safe project. This position is a working supervisor, leading a crew of 2-4 laborers on commercial landscape and irrigation projects. Good communication skills a must. Also must have a valid Colorado driver's license and be able to safely operate a truck and trailer to move materials and equipment to job sites. Skid steer experience or CDL license a plus. Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds and work in inclement weather.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN AND LABORERS:
Mowing and trimming of commercial property, trash pickup, pruning, spring and fall cleanup, installation of sod, decorative rock, mulch, annual and perennial beds and planters, irrigation systems, drainage and retaining walls.
Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned. Foreman must have clean valid drivers license.
RECLAMATION FOREMAN/OPERATOR - experience in Equipment operation, Soil Preparation, Straw and hydro Mulching, CDL Drivers license a plus.
EROSION SEDIMENT CONTROL FOREMAN - must have experience in all phases of erosion control CDOT certification a plus.
LABORERS - We are seeking full time laborers for our landscape and erosion construction and maintenance divisions. Applicants must be able to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule.
Requirements:
-Good communication skills, ability to read and understand work orders and blue prints
-Experience in position's related field
-Leadership /Supervisor experience
-Valid Colorado driver license / CDL license is a plus
-Experience operating equipment

1. Reliable and Dependable
2. Show up for work on time
3. Proper documentation to work in United States
4. Pass drug test when hired and random tests throughout the season
5. Previous experience in industry a plus
6. Valid drivers license
