A Denver/Littleton landscaping company is expanding its team for the rest of the 24' season and beyond. Winter Hardscaping and maybe some snow removal will easily transition to Spring 25'. Prior landscaping experience is necessary, and any industry certification will bring you to the top of the pay range. Our company designs and installs innovative, upper-end landscaping projects and work all over the Denver metro area. No mowing or yard maintenance. Job Overview:

We are looking to fill a lead builder/foreman position. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced in Landscape Construction, Hardscaping, and Irrigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for executing various aspects of landscape construction, including hardscaping, softscaping, planting, irrigation projects, etc.

Responsibilities:

Landscape Construction-

Plan and execute landscape installation projects according to design specifications.

Proficiently handle grading, soil preparation, planting, and turf installation.

Ensure the use of high-quality materials and adherence to safety and industry standards.

Hardscaping-

Expertise in installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.

Knowledge of different hardscape materials and their applications.

Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Irrigation-

Design and install irrigation systems to meet specific landscape requirements.

Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems as needed.

Ensure water conservation measures are implemented.

Team Collaboration-

Work closely with a landscape designer, project managers, and other team members to bring projects to completion.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, and irrigation projects.

In-depth knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques, and equipment.

Ability to interpret landscape plans and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to operate machinery

Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.

Driver license and transportation to and from work.
