Roberts Electrical Contracting seeks a Journeyman Electrician with commercial electrical experience to fill a Foreman position.
Overview of Position:
As foreman, you will oversee a team of experienced and novice electricians. You will collaborate and work directly with your superintendent to ensure the project is completed on budget, and in line with its specific goals. This is a working foreman role, you will be required to wear tools, and work alongside teammates. You are responsible for ensuring seamless execution of the project, while providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service in the industry.
Essential Functions:
Arrive at job sites on time
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Follow specifications on blueprints/diagrams/technical drawings for installations
Notify Superintendent immediately if plans need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances
Conduct all repairs and installations according to code
Utilize safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
Maintain a neat and organized work environment
See that all tools and equipment are functioning properly at the beginning of shift
You will be required to use and monitor daily your company email
Reliable attendance, punctual.
Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented. Take pride in your work
Construction site working conditions, you must have the ability to continually stand, lift/carry heavy objects, climb ladders, work in variable conditions such as extreme temperatures, with noise, dust, mud debris, etc.
Ability to drive, you may be required to visit multiple locations in a day.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience running small and large commercial jobsites
Colorado Journeyman Electrical License, required
Highschool diploma or GED, required
Valid driver license, clean driving record
Proficient in MS office applications
Solid working knowledge of commercial electrical systems and code requirements
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
