As an Installation Lead, you are the technical construction installation expert who is knowledgeable on the products we install (windows, IGUs, entry and patio doors, etc) looking to grow your career with a growing company who will value your input. The following expectations are the core of this important leadership field role:
Accountability in the field
Accountability to provide daily and weekly updates of work performed and strong communication skills
High level of customer satisfaction
Reliability to be on time and to complete work according to industry standards
Ability to perform at the highest level as well as train and support field crew
Qualifications and Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of skilled labor or industry experience
Clean driving record and Driver’s License
Strong communication skills
English proficiency. Spanish preferred.
Early start times as well as occasional Saturday work
Preferred Skills
Able to use a phone app for completing Daily Logs, communicating with office, and have proficiency in email
Good attitude and positive mind set
Proven leadership in the construction industry
