Requirement for HVAC Specialist.
Development and management company looking for someone to add to current staff. To allow team to more effectively cross train and focus on building improvements vs. just keeping up with the day to day responsibilities.
Job Description: Responsible for HVAC preventative maintenance and work order requests for office, industrial, multifamily and some single family residences. Several RTU’s, some boilers, chillers, stand alone AC units. Very little if any after hours work or weekends.
Requirements: Experienced individual with HVAC. Extremely detail oriented, professional, with excellent customer service skills. Individual must have a great driving record. Previous experience working on office buildings is a requirement. A self-starter that doesn’t need to be told what to do and can help initiate value-add projects. Strong organization and computer skills as we convert to a paperless community. Someone that is a leader and understands the importance of leading by example and teaching the other technicians the right way to do things. Strong English verbal and non-verbal skills. Job responsibilities could stretch from Boulder to Colorado Springs, but mainly in Denver.
