$5k BONUS for Residential/Commercial Technicians with 5+ years experience in HVAC/R install with commercial or multi family.
We are hiring a HVAC Service Technician with knowledge of control systems, building automation, electrical systems, low voltage electrical controls, and construction procedures. Must be willing to do start-ups on all equipment.
Qualifications:
Understanding of how control systems integrate in a commercial environment
Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
Familiarity with NEC Standards and electrical codes
Basic relay logic
Building Automation System (BAS) experience
Must have own hand tools and test meters
Must have Universal CFC certified and EPA
Preferred but not required:
NATE certified: Core Service, A/C or Gas heat & Air Distribution Service
