We are looking for immediate full-time Mechanical, Boiler, and HVAC technicians who are confident, and possess the skills necessary to run commercial and residential calls on a daily basis. We offer flexible scheduling, and the highest commissions in the city. Servicing areas include the Denver Metro Area, south to Colorado Springs, and north to Ft. Collins. Compensation:

- Commission Based

- Competitive Percentage based on experience

- Average Pay Range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year

- Hourly Paid Training (Training 1-3 weeks based on experience)

-Steady work year round for all trades and positions

Schedule:

- Five Days on, Two Days off

- On Call Shifts are Two working days of your normal work week

HVAC Qualifications/Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of HVAC code

- Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems

- 3+ years experience in HVAC Preferred, minimum of 1 year

- Must be certified HVAC tech

- Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment

- Diagnose and repair issues due to system performance or failure

- Ability to inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC Equipment (Refrigeration and air conditioning, compressors, boilers, hydronic systems, condensers, evaporators, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and ancillary equipment)

- Knowledgeable and capable of making sound recommendations to Master Rooter clients.

- Possess necessary hand tools to complete repairs and installations

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Plumbing License Preferred, but not required

- Mechanical License Preferred, but not required
