Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and service personnel to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Train new employees on best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing work when required.
Drive company vehicles as necessary to transport equipment and team members to job sites.
Experience:
Proven experience in HVAC systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Previous experience as a supervisory role within the HVAC industry is preferred.
Familiarity with property maintenance tasks is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
