Hiring Skilled Carpenters & Carpenter Foremen – Work Across the Denver Metro Area!
Are you a carpenter or carpenter foreman looking for steady, well-paying work? We have commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area, including South Denver, Thornton, Aurora, DTC, Castle Rock, Centennial, and more!
Position Details:
- Pay: $20-$30/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Hours: 40-50 hrs/week, starting anytime between 6-7 AM
- Work Radius: Projects across Denver metro area
- Projects: Commercial construction sites—schools, multifamily housing, assisted living facilities
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry Expertise: Rough carpentry, framing, blocking, backing, drywall repair, and finishing
- Installation Work: Doors, hardware, cabinets, lockers, shelving, and fire extinguisher cabinets
- Site Management: Organizing materials, weatherproofing, erosion control, and general site maintenance
- Foreman Experience (if applicable): Leading crews, managing workflow, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and enforcing safety protocols
- Attention to Detail: Completing punch list items, including drywall repair, painting, re-caulking, and hardware installation
- Collaboration: Working alongside general contractors, architects, and designers to meet project specifications
Qualifications:
- experience in commercial, residential or industrial carpentry (all-phase carpenters encouraged to apply)
- Proven ability to perform framing, drywall, steel framing, and installation
- Strong experience in interior carpentry and finishing
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations
- Foreman candidates: Previous experience leading teams, organizing work schedules, and managing carpentry projects
