We need a good person who can install heat pumps.
I own a small company with three employees currently, but we have more work than we can handle, and I keep turning away jobs. I’m hoping someone can help us meet the growing heat pump demand. You will be responsible for leading a crew - training and managing - and making sure all our installs are top shelf.
We focus on home electrification, specifically installing cold climate heat pumps, and heat pump water heaters. We understand the importance of building shell and envelope improvements, indoor air quality, and encourage people to get solar as a part of the electrification/decarbonization process. We size every system with a full manual J, and always want to stay on top of best practices and best technology. We currently install almost exclusively Mitsubishi equipment, but sometimes Bosch for dual fuel systems.
We don’t have multi thousand dollar signing bonuses, full dental, health… YET, but that is the goal. Hopefully you can help us get there. We try to work four, 8 hour days a week. We work mostly in the Denver metro area. Our main office is in Golden.
Ideal candidates are great with all kids of people, patient, take pride in and know installs backwards and forwards, and understand why electrification. You will get a van to drive (hopefully electric once they come out!), good equipment, and have a hand in creating a company with values and of value.
