We're a dynamic company experiencing significant growth, and we want you to grow with us. We specialize in projects ranging from repairing a small hole in the wall to full home remodels.
Compensation: Flat rate based on job (Labor based on approx $54 per hour). Jobs will be presented to you and you will be given the option to accept or decline the job.
Job Hours: Flexible based on your needs/schedule
Payment: Weekly (1099 position, paid weekly for the previous week's hours)
Responsibilities:
As a subcontractor with WiseChoice Home Services, your role will involve:
- General repairs and maintenance tasks up to home renovations based on jobs you opt to take
- Providing your own reliable transportation and tools
Demonstrating proficiency in a range of skills, including:
- Drywall repair (including texture matching)
- Painting (using tape and caulk with precision)
- Basic carpentry (light framing and repairs, both interior and exterior trim)
- Basic plumbing (fixture and toilet replacements, including garbage disposals)
- Basic electrical (fixture and outlet replacements)
- Flooring (tile and LVP installation)
- Finish carpentry (baseboards and door casings)
- Plumbing (working with PEX and replacing valves)
- Electrical (running new lines and box work)
Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights, including on roofs and using ladders up to 20 feet
- Consistency and reliability in work attendance
- Good communication skills
- Valid drivers license
- Demonstrated abilities (proof of work)
