At Just Heat Pumps, we train you. There is no HVAC experience required. We design and install high tech heating and cooling solutions reducing air pollution, and provide homeowners with the best heat pump systems available.
We’re growing fast and need help to meet the demand. You’ll work with expert installers, learn top-to-bottom about heat pump systems, and get paid to grow into a high-earning technician whose work improves your community and peoples’ lives.
This is a great position to career path for those of you with handyman skills, building or facilities maintenance experience, home renovation, previous solar installer experience, or other similar jack-of-all-trades experience with a variety of hands on work with tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and service high-efficiency heat pumps.
- Build upon your existing skills: drilling, layout, sealants, wiring, masonry, carpentry, etc.
- Learn HVAC tradecraft: copper linesets, vacuum testing, refrigerant handling, airflow, leak testing, problem solving, diagnostics and much more!
- Protect and respect customers’ homes, leaving them cleaner than they were.
- Work full-time.

- You’ve done real work: handyman, remodeler, maintenance tech, or similar
- You’re great with tools and love learning new skills and trades.

- What We Need in A Great Heat Pump Installer:
- A great attitude and hard work ethic.
- Punctual - you show up on time (early is on time).
- You have reliable transportation and your own vehicle to travel around the Denver Metro.
- Respectful onsite and in front of homeowners - no smoking, cursing, or abrupt behavior is tolerated.
