Mechanic - Ground Support Equipment
Enjoy your view of the flight line as you service, repair, and maintain the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Equipment for Worldwide Flight Services at DEN, Denver International Airport.
What you’ll be doing:
Troubleshooting and repairing ground equipment while in service or while undergoing overhaul and/or modification.
Comfortable operating a variety of tools, including power tools, in the process of assembling, disassembling, repairing, and installing parts and components while reaching, twisting, turning, and gripping.
Perform preventative maintenance on company equipment and document maintenance activities in online fleet and maintenance management software.
Works according to Company regulations and procedures and instructions from lead, supervisor, or general manager.
Why we want you:
You have 2+ years performing repair and maintenance on Mobile Heavy Equipment and have experience with diesel-powered vehicles (or equivalent educational experience.)
You have 1-4 years of service repair experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC and HVAC experience.
You are comfortable using computers and adept at logging maintenance activities in real time using fleet management software.
