Construction Associate for residential remodeling company with A+ rating with Denver/Boulder BBB. Associate will work closely with Project Manager for residential remodel projects. Duties to include: Meeting Building Inspectors on site for inspections, installation of door hardware, vents and minor paint touchups, install of basement windows, pickup and delivery of materials from various supply houses (Home Depot, Lowes, Ferguson, Floor and Decor, etc.); general basement cleanup at end of projects, etc. Starting pay of $800 per week with bonus quarterly (every 3 months). Basic knowledge and experience with basic hand tools is a plus for advancement and salary increase. Must be willing to work 5 days per week, full time.
