iLending is looking for their next Facilities Maintenance Technician!
The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the repair and maintenance on our midsized two floor commercial building, parking lot, and small warehouse building. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair and installation, plumbing, cubes, and the ability to negotiate and schedule large size repairs with vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Conduct all maintenance work, service requests, building inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of both facilities
Ensure that all repair work has been completed in a safe, prompt and professional manner
Focus on general repair and maintenance of buildings interior and exterior repairs including but not limited to:
o Drywall, paint, light fixtures, gutters, drains, electrical fixtures, switches, fuses, kitchen appliances, HVAC / Elevator / Boiler Room checks, plumbing, cubes, etc.
Communicate concerns of the facility to leadership
Prepare maintenance reports and other job-related documentation
Maintain inventory of equipment, tools and supplies
Purchase parts as needed
Negotiate pricing with vendors for large scale projects
Provide after hour on call service addressing emergency work orders
Must possess knowledge with repairs to include but not limited to:
Wall molding and minor drywall damage
Caulking
Cube installation and repairs
Counter tops and cabinets
Interior and exterior surfaces, and doors
Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, fuses and light fixtures
Appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, grill
Plumbing maintenance to include: toilets, sinks, vanities and disposals
Clean and inspect common area boilers and storage rooms
Stair treads, vinyl and ceramic floors
Fencing
Gutters, down spouts and connecting hoses, cleaning drains
Sub flooring, wall studs, and floor joists
Removal of bulk trash (including appliances)
