The Concrete Foreman role requires a positive, motivated, hands-on individual who can:
Manage day to day job details for assigned concrete projects
Read and fully understand construction drawings and specifications for concrete and associated trades including
math abilities to perform concrete and material take offs, layout, and calculate material quantities.
Mentoring and training your crew, while efficiently delegating tasks to concrete laborers and finishers.
Complete daily paperwork, meet scheduling requirements, ensure job has proper
equipment and materials, work with project managers and superintendents.
Safety Implementation and enforcement
Job Requirements:
3 years experience with concrete forming systems, concrete placement, and finishing skills.
2 years experience in supervising crew
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
Legally eligible to work in the US
Driver License and clean MVR
Pass a fit for duty test and able to meet the physical requirements including lift, carry, push or pull 50+ pounds.
Frequently required to walk, kneel, bend, balance, kneel.
