We are looking for experienced cleaners to hire on for full time cleanings.
We are looking for people who can do residential cleaning, construction cleanings & commercial cleanings. We are not looking for people who are only willing to do one or the other. We have full time work Monday thru Friday & also have night & weekend work come up. I am willing to talk to contractors who do a good job & are licensed and bonded but would prefer to bring people on as full time employees. We need reliable people who truly want to work, who enjoy cleaning & want an opportunity in the cleaning industry to maybe one day own their own franchise of this business. We are looking for self leaders.
We supply supplies for full time employees, contractors will need to supply their own supplies, insurance & bond.
Employees use their own vehicles & are expected to travel to where jobs need completed. Sometimes this is far (elizabeth, thornton etc) but we are not able to assign you to certain locations. You must be able to travel where we need you.
We are a locally owned businesses, ran by mother & daughter. We are understanding & flexible. We can work with you if you only need 30 hours a week etc. Just ask. We pay weekly, we have monthly meetings, we provide lunch on big projects, there is lots of room for growth to become a lead.
