Staying organized, keeping your area clean, and respecting the flow of the shop
Backing each other up when needed
What We're Looking For:
A strong background in cabinet making or fine woodworking (this is not an entry-level role)
Someone who understands the value of a sharp layout, a clean glue joint, and a job done right
A good communicator who’s dependable, honest, and takes pride in their work
A team player who adds to the culture
The Position:
Full-time, steady shop work, flexible schedule
Paid hourly, rate depends on what you bring to the bench
Good people, good tools, no nonsense
Heath stipend, Paid Holidays and Vacation pay
