Job Title: Full Time Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Position Overview:
We are looking for 2 full time technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our company, the customers and doing it right the first time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
-Technicians use their knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles to make sale ready for customers
-Complete full, accurate and honest vehicle inspections on a wide range of vehicles for sale as well as for customers
-Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and efficiently
-Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization
-Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
Qualifications:
-Positive attitude and desire to serve customers.
-2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
-Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
-Ability to flag 35-50 hours per week.
-Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
-Experience with most makes and models is a plus.
-Professional appearance and strong communication skills
-Physical Requirements:
-Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
-Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
-Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
-Efficiently navigate a computer
