Clean driving record
Valid drivers license
Groundsmen Requirements: ($19/hr+)
-physically demanding work in the elements
-good attitude, works well with team, can take instructions well and is teachable
Foreman Requirements:($26/hr+)
-At least 3 years of industry experience
-Must have their own gear(company saws and rigging gear will be provided)
-Must be ISA Certified within one year of employment(Tree Climber Specialist or Certified Arborist)
Foreman Expectations:
-Daily check-in with operations manager
-Mentorship & Skill Building: Actively train and support crew members to improve their technical skills, efficiency, and safety awareness.
-Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and high-quality workmanship to set the standard for the team.
-Encourage Growth: Identify strengths and areas for improvement in team members, providing constructive feedback and hands-on training.
-Promote Teamwork: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where crew members feel supported and motivated to improve.
-Ensure Knowledge Transfer: Share industry best practices, techniques, and company standards to maintain consistency in work quality.
-Safety & Best Practices: Reinforce proper safety procedures and job site protocols, ensuring all crew members work in a safe and efficient manner.
