- Atleast 2 years Version control systems experience Git and Atlassian suite or proforce
- Atleast 3 year of experience in splunk debugging and analyzing production issues
- SQL and Oracle experience
- REST API and extensive experience using Curl API
- You should have a real passion for learning and understanding the application and also share knowledge with team
- Very good understanding of Telecom with video experience or wireless experience per the client
- Video wireless is less critical if they have strong development skills
- Strong technical skills in Java development
- Being responsible to solve issues and working closely with the team and upstream downstream client teams Proactive in looking in to the tasks and ask questions to learn more and build individual ownership and responsibility on tasks
- Expert in debugging issues by looking at Splunk and application logs to come up with defined RCA
- Strong and effective Communication skills
- Ability to write up issues and executive summaries that will go up to the SVP level Diagnose complex issues evaluate recommend and execute best solution
- Develop and code that meets production requirements and design and anticipate any potential risks identifying dependencies early by coordinating and understanding with PM
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
