Strange Parts is a YouTube channel known for its deep dives into technology, manufacturing, and unique projects. We’re expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated executive assistant and project manager to help us streamline operations and manage various projects.
Location: Remote-friendly. Based within an hour of Idaho Springs, CO preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of sponsorships and product review contracts, from initial communication to final execution.
Coordinate post-production tasks, manage timelines in Notion, and ensure quality control for all three channels (Strange Parts, Electric Ranch, and Stranger Parts).
Manage incoming leads, maintain timely communication, and keep everything organized to support creative work.
Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensure timely fulfillment, and handle customer support for merch.
Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members as we grow.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a similar operational role, with significant remote work experience and a proven ability to be self-motivated and self-directed.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with project management tools like Notion.
Preferred but not required: Experience in social media management, film, TV, or video post-production management, and YouTube sponsorships.
