This person will be responsible for on-site problem solving, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of digital B&W and color copiers, multi-functional and connected products, and printers.

Requirements
This is a full-time position with normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8-5. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and be willing to travel to customer locations throughout a designated territory and surrounding areas. This person must have proven customer service / communication skills, a strong work ethic and a high degree of initiative. Must be positive and outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience with troubleshooting, the correct diagnoses of customer concerns, and the repair and maintenance of copiers, and connecting printers and copiers. Comparable education and experience will be considered. All technicians receive a cell phone and a laptop for remote technical support and closing of service tickets.
Working Environment and Physical Requirements
· Be required to stand, walk, crouch, bend, kneel and sit.
· Lifting to 50 pounds frequently, up to 75 pounds occasionally
· Lifting from floor to over the head
· Able to push/pull objects moderate effort frequently
· Able to drive vehicle from site to site to provide technical support for our customers. Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and own transportation required.
