Ultimate System, an IT consulting company based on Lakewood CO is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full time Help Desk Technician.

Technical Skills and Abilities :

Excellent Customer Service skills, prioritizations, follow through and resolution.

Basic understanding of Computer hardware (motherboard, HDD, etc) and Bios.

Microsoft Active directory and office365.

Fluent in Microsoft office suite use and installation and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of Network and TCP/IP Protocol.

Basic understanding of Windows 7 and 10 and Windows servers.

As any other IT job, there is always something new to learn, you should be able to read technical notes and be comfortable to ask questions.

Network cabling (CAT5/CAT6) Experience is a must

PowerShell experience is a plus

You must have reliable transportation and valid DL. (we reimburse you for mileage)

Physical Demands:

Depending on the assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard.
