Ability to recommend and create hair design aligned with customers’ taste
Ability to apply a full range of hair coloring techniques
Manage bookings and serve walk-ins

Pay is a base rate estimated $14.42-$36.71 per hour based on experience plus tips and commission. Earnings are based on Summit Salon Level 1 or 2 or equivalent experience. Career ladder is transparent and uncapped.
