Personal Trainer – Best Job in the World!
Our gym is one of the top 3 rated gyms in Denver and we are growing and expanding. This is a high energy environment that has a friendly vibe with an edge. We are hiring multiple trainers for our location in Denver and our location in DTC now! If you are passionate about fitness and training, then we want to talk to you.
Our trainers don't need to find clients. We have already done it for you. Our trainers focus on training and our nutrition program. Your job will be to train small group’s 2-3 people at a time. We do all the marketing and provide all the clients unless you are bringing clientele with you and then we will just keep you fully booked so you can focus on what you do best, training and changing how clients look and feel about themselves while improving their health. We call it “being part of something amazing.”
We cater to a private clientele and don't just provide traditional personal training. While we have worked to perfect strength, flexibility, cardio-building and fat-burning workouts we also expect you to utilize your own personal arsenal of awesome skills as well. Combining your skills with our MMAP® (Massive Multiple Action Plan) and our nutritional science our clients will rock there fitness goals.
Responsibilities
Possess a nationally recognized certification and preference given to amount of real-world training experience.
Be available to train from Monday to Friday. Mornings and evenings. No weekends.
Responsible for leading small group training sessions 2-3 people at a time.
Developing rapport and supporting private clientele to reach their fitness goals.
You will build training and nutritional plans using our MMAP® and implement them.
The right trainer will possess strong communication skills and can project their passion for fitness onto those they train.
What's in it for you!
Our trainers make 40k+ their first year and our experienced trainers make over 70k - 90k.
You will be eligible to receive bonuses based on visual transformations.
You will be appreciated and rewarded for your hard work.
If you have an existing clientele and want to bring them with you we pay up to 5-10k bonuses.
