The Hair Studio at Little Bird is hiring stylists! Co-located with Little Bird children's boutique on Kearney Street in Park Hill. Little Bird and the Hair Studio are neighborhood touchstones for young families. We love helping people look good and feel good with our friendly atmosphere and high-quality services and products.
We are looking to hire one or more part-time stylists to fill out our schedules. Peak demand is on weekends and after school hours. We are looking for someone to work those times and also Monday and Tuesday morning for the kiddos not attending school yet. More specifically, we need 1 or 2 stylists for the following schedule:
Monday- 9am- 6pm or 7pm
Tuesdays- 9am- 3pm
Saturday- 9am- 6pm or 7pm
Every other Sunday- 9am- 5pm, 6pm or 7pm
We are flexible with start and end times.

-a new stylist can expect a full schedule immediately upon starting
-60% service commission plus 10% product sales commission
-$40+ an hour including tips

-continuing education and classes on techniques such as feather extensions, hair tinsel, braiding, coloror whatever you are interested in learning about

What the Hair Studio expects from you:
-kind, friendly, and patient stylists who offer amazing customer service fit the Little Bird vibe!
-must hold and maintain a current cosmetology and/or barber license
-experience not necessary- we are happy to provide on-the-job training to new stylists
-we also welcome experienced stylists including those who have experience with kids or adults
-willingness to learn about products and techniques specific to kids hair
