Responsibilities:
-Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
-Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
-Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC Services
-Provides timely and accurate reports as required
-Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit.
-Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer relations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is a plus.
