About the Job:

Step into a dynamic, full-time role at our headquarters in Centennial, CO. As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of our sales and support activities. Join our small seasoned team in building strong business-to-business relationships and responding to individual inquiries. Your initial salary will range from $80,000 to $90,000, with commissions, salary increases, and possible advancement opportunities based on your performance and contribution to our success.

What you’ll do to make an Impact:

Sales Opportunities: Identify and seize new sales and account growth opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and meet sales targets within budget.

New Opportunities: Research new events and liaise with corporate partners/podcasters/influencers.

Lead Generation: Network, seek referrals, and reach out to potential new clients.

Follow-ups: Engage with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with speed and professionalism.

Relationship Building: Foster connections with customers, practitioners, and international distributors.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on AMD products and competition.

Training/Webinars: Create and host educational content with webinars/podcasts for consumers and practitioners.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with the team to develop strategies that boost sales.

Transparency: Communicate clearly with colleagues to maintain account transparency. Event Participation: Coordinate and participate in conferences/trade shows over weekends (currently 4 per year).

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-5 years in professional sales.

Passion: A keen interest in wellness and alternative healthcare.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.

Integrity: A strong work ethic and honesty.

Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Mail Chimp, and Adobe.
