Position Overview
The Sales & Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient coordination between departments and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth production operations, coordinating sales activities, and acting as the central point of communication between sales, production, and clients. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Coordination: Assist the sales team with scheduling sales appointments, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Quote Management: Prepare and manage quotes for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with clients.
Production Oversight: Work closely with the shop team to ensure they have the necessary information, products, and vehicles to remain productive.
Communication Management: Serve as the liaison between sales, production, and clients to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency.
Vehicle Coordination: Check vehicles in and out, thoroughly inspect them before and after installation, and coordinate pickup and deliveries.
Odoo Software Utilization: Learn and utilize Odoo, the business’s ERP and CRM system, to manage operations efficiently.
Online Sales Support: Assist in managing and processing online sales through the company's website, ensuring orders are tracked and completed efficiently within the internal workflow.
Logistics & Scheduling: Manage work schedules, client appointments, and project timelines to keep all departments aligned.
Inventory & Procurement Support: Ensure the shop has all required materials, equipment, and tools necessary for production.
Vehicle Transport: Must be able to drive company and client vans as needed for deliveries and pickups.
General Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
-Experience with Odoo or similar ERP and CRM software is a plus (training will be provided).
-Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to drive large vans.
-Prior experience in sales coordination, operations, logistics, or production management is preferred but not required.
-Automotive experience is preferred since we are an upfitter for vans.
