We are looking for an outgoing, genuine, and motivated person to join our Chiropractic team! We love personality! Must be punctual, dress and act professional, and have great communication skills. This is a inspiration and influence position: The ideal candidate is very comfortable asking people questions to help change their lives.
First and foremost, we can train on skillsets but not on human character. Being a kind, generous, loving, and positive person is at the utmost importance.
New Patient Coordinator Roles:
-Patient case management
-Consultation/interview new patients
-Reviewing plans of care with new patients and financial commitments.
-Pre Qualify patient phone calls
-Marketing leads follow up and scheduling
-Handling financials and credit card billing
-Checking, billing, and handling insurance
-Computer Savviness and working with several online software platforms
-Ability to multitask and detail oriented
-Must be comfortable talking with patients and creating relationships
-Work Hard and have fun
-Side projects
-Social media content creation and posting
-Carrying out external community massage events.
-Serve as the Doctors "right hand person"
Your primary role is to help patients commit to and invest in their healing care plans.
