Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sale strategies to drive sales growth.
Conduct sales research to identify potential customers and sale trends.
Create and execute sales campaigns across various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling promotional materials.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Skilled in direct marketing and sales, with the ability to engage effectively in door-to-door interactions. They need to be proactive in attending and promoting at events, as well as adept at distributing business flyers and cards to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Proficient in writing grants, loans, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) specifically for security-related projects. They need to demonstrate strong research and writing skills to craft compelling proposals that effectively address the needs of potential funders and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing and communications or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in marketing and sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
