As an Inside Sales Representative with Bron Tapes, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop new business and problem solve while providing for our customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Prospecting (cold calling) to introduce and grow our business.
· Account Management to grow your book of business.
· High Volume of outbound Phone Calls to introduce and grow our business.
· Engaging phone prospects in smart, consultative dialogue
· Problem-solving and providing solutions for our customers’ success.
· Willingness to prioritize and plan work activities, strong time management skills, and develop realistic action.
· Learn Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications.
Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
· At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience is required.
· High level of comfort with phone and virtual communication required.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
· Microsoft Office experience preferred.
· CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
· Willingness to learn and grow.
· Ability to work within a team environment, in office at Bron Denver
· Potential for hybrid schedule after defined onboarding period.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
