At CSR we do both residential and commercial roofing as well as residential exterior trades. We have done every type of commercial roofing and have an extensive portfolio of past jobs. Our expertise, reputation, and financial backing has allowed us to compete for, and win, large commercial jobs.
We are looking for a smart, motivated, salesperson with the knowledge and connections to take us (and you) to the next level. So far virtually all of our commercial leads have been generated through company marketing programs. These programs will remain in place and even be expanded to bring in more leads. However, we are not looking for someone to simply come in and run our commercial leads. You will be expected to prospect and develop your own leads as well. This can be done via cold calling prospective commercial clients, and by developing and maintaining business relationships with general contractors, commercial insurance agents, commercial real estate agents, property managers and more.
You will be responsible for reviewing RFPs, creating bids and estimates, meeting with commercial customers and prospects, and managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects.
Qualified candidates should be interested in a long term relationship where you will help us grow the commercial roofing division of the business and be heavily involved in management decisions affecting that line of business. We will support your marketing and business development efforts at all levels. This is an opportunity to come in and help create a program, process, and commission structure that will ensure your success!
A successful candidate will need at least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales and project management, as well as basic computer proficiency. You will also need excellent communication and presentation skills and a highly professional demeanor and appearance. You will also be required to pass a background check and drug screenings.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record, so we will expect references from past employers. We offer a competitive salary plus commission, paid vacation time, stipends for company vehicle, Ipad, etc. The reason we list $80k-$200k as the first year range is because the job is salary plus commission and the better you do the more you make. $200k is entirely realistic.
