Responsibilities
Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Prepare and manage contract negotiations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities using software such as Company Cam.
Communicate effectively with upper management regarding project status, risks, and changes.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction sales, or similar sales position.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams on the construction site.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desire to become part of a team with a goal for long-term relationships.
Strong work ethic.
Self Startes are preferred.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Willing to be mentored and mentor others.
Willingness to grow with the company and learn.
Must have disciplined time management skills.
Financially motivated and driven.
